Digital services

All standard packages are one-time SEO analysis or planning services. There is no physical shipping and no automatic renewal. The product description identifies the deliverables, scope and estimated delivery window.

When work starts

The delivery window starts after payment and acceptance of a complete brief. If essential information is missing, the project cannot begin until that information is supplied. If the proposed scope does not fit the package, we contact you before starting work.

Delivery and revisions

Files are delivered digitally using your order contact details. Site Foundation, Content Compass and Growth Sprint include one revision round requested within seven days of delivery. Revisions clarify or correct the agreed scope. New pages, websites or target markets are additional work.

Cancellations and issues

Contact us promptly with your order number if you want to cancel, have not received the agreed delivery or believe something is missing. We review the work status, the agreed scope and the issue, and explain the available resolution before further work where practical. No specific commercial refund window is promised unless it is expressly agreed with your order.

Applicable rights

Nothing on this page limits mandatory cancellation rights or remedies that apply to your purchase. An enquiry or order does not by itself waive those rights.
